I've got BVE2.0 and a few routes. I can reccomend the Campbellwown-Camden and Edinborough-Aberdeen, but at least the fformer won't work on BVE4.0 (2.0 is still available, and worth downloading for a better variety of routes)

Unfortunately Australian routes are as rare as hens teeth - I only know of 4, Campbelltown to Camden (pretty good - nice challenge at the start, in fact good challenge keeping the speed down often), Richmond to Kurrajong (good - uphill for almost the entire trip), Blue Mountains (which doesn't look anything like the blue mountains, but is good for the shock near Glenbrook) and the Snowy Mountains (completely fictional, and I've yet to succeed in getting the freight all the way through without speeding before the hills).

I started writing a route for the Illawarra about 5 years ago but didn't have the patience to do the scenery. It's old technology now (*.rw file) so not even worth getting back into.

I reckon some of the best routes are here: http://www.trainsimcentral.co.uk. These are bloody brilliant.

Eg.

I'm up to South Geelong, I've been at it for nearly 5 years. Hopefully I finish it before I die.

In other news, I'm building the same track for Train Simulator 2012, along with an N Class diesel.

I use OpenBVE. Has the same features as BVE but also features exterior views.

Heres something I'm working on.
