    It's not enough just to have a whinge about it here, tell us 'officially' so we can follow it up with evidence.

    James, you couldn't have said it better, I have a standing order with my newsagent, and I never miss a copy, otherwise, if I had a subscription, I have a mail box and never have suffered any problems with the numerous other publications I subscribe to, "That's supply covered".

    I have complete, back into the 1970's, yet I model Southern Pacific in N scale "That's content" covered, we can all learn from each other.

    In this day of instant gratification via the net, many people forget the timeline to physically produce hard copy and get it distributed.

    It 'IS' a magazine, not a book, not a newsletter, Magazine is a part of it's well known name, it doesn't need change, next thing you know, there will be a request for it to be in a sealed plastic envelope and labeled not suitable for children, wives or girlfriends.

    Thanks Ted, that's the point I was heading to. If other magazines can get their distribution right, why is it so difficult for AMRM?

    We need to know if you are a subscriber or purchase it by other means and we need to know where you are or where you purchase it.

    We have changed our distribution methods to try to have the magazine available everywhere at the same time. Obviously it is not working in some areas and we need to know where so we can ask the distributors why.

    Not only does he ask for your feedback, he basically explains why, becasue it was not good in recent years and thery want to do something about it.

    And on Railpage we have people saying it is broke and needing fixing, well All I say is SNAP  you both are talking the same pronlem and annoyance.  So help each other !

    Hi fellow readers,

    Yes there has been a significant change in the distribution of AMRM.

    For the first time in my recent memory it was in newsagents in Goulburn by 20th of this month.  It has normally not been available until around the 27 - 28th of the month for a number of years.

    I would normally still be waiting for it to become available (next Monday would be my expected purchase).

    I did purchase it early this month from TH_T on Thursday 17/11/11.

    It would be nice if AMRM gave some reasons for subscription delays.  Has anyone who contacted AMRM received any advice regarding delivery delays?

    I did advise AMRM of some distribution delays (non supply) to Goulburn newsagents, and whilst appreciatedly acknowledged, never received any advice on the outcome of their investigations.

    Maybe, especially for those who are upset in not getting their AMRM on time, there could be an electronic version made available to subscribers, similar to Model Railroader (Magazine).

    I feel a bit sick Spew

    My wife has just produced my subscription renewal for AMRM. It hadn't been paid.  Rolling EyesRolling EyesRolling Eyes

    To James and the staff at AMRM, my most sincere apologies for complaining in the first place about this issue. It wasn't AMRM's fault, or the distributer, I have the leader of the opposition to blame for that. I have now paid up for another 12 months.

    If there is a delay in future, I'll let you guys know via one of the methods you mentioned.

    Hmmm, if it keeps it away from the missus and the kids, then I fully support that idea.

    So I did what was suggested here and sent an email to AMRM saying my December issue hadn't arrived by the 24Nov, and it arrived today 25th Nov!
    I have sent them another email now.
    I am in a Brisbane suburb.
