No locos attached, but spotted a rake of the yellow CFCLA ballast hoppers sitting in the Boral siding at Deer Park West this morning. No photos since I was doing 100km/h at the time on the Deer Park Bypass! Smile

They were gone by the time I came back past.

  2502 Station Staff

hi all, me and my old man from ACT are coming down for the first week in July, we don't normally head down your way and were wondering if you guys could give us a heads up on locations, special trains, train spotting places etc. we are fanatics, willing to go any where in Victoria, preferably being in Melbourne at the end of the week. we also like camping a lot so if there are any camping spots please share. Also, we are keen to see some interesting trains, not just NR's. any help would be greatly appreciated, if you would like reply in pm, if that's possible.
any help or heads up will be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Jono
