I guess with the change over of the Paper Train, PN will have a few spare container wagons.
Do PN think they can grow the business in Warrnambool? How much extra business could be available if PN decide they wish to grow the opportunities locally?PN are very lazy and continually fail to pursue many Victorian freight business opportunities.
I wonder which route they will take after the RRL is introduced? The current path though Newport or the full RRL line to Werribee South?According to the RRL authority, there are no plans for freight traffic to use the new link, so freight will be via Werribee.
Will the loco hauled pass also go via Werribee as it does now? Or via RRL?
