MSTS gradient guide

A long time ago, I remember there being a guide to each track gradient in MSTS such as 900 being around 1 in 60, and 3000 being below 1 in 30 or something.

Does anyone know if it's still possible to find this guide to gradients?

Okrasa Ghia's formula in the post below is what I used to convert the gradient in the charts I had, to MSTS values.
