Worse ebay experience

Everybody be warned if you come across this seller on ebay
dustyman58, or gympie model trains don't buy from him, just had the worse experience. He won't communicate about his item for sale during the ebay auction, after you have paid, he makes you wait 7 days so that he can transfer the funds from his paypal to bank account before posting, (he recons he is doing nothing wrong by making people wait) if you leave him neutral or negative feedback, he then makes threats and sends you threatening  messages that if you don't change the feedback, he then leaves you insulting personal and threatening feedback about your family that is not related to the sale or performance of the buyer or seller.

Hopefully a rhetorical question, but you have reported them and shown screenshots of the messages to eBay?

That bit there (which I've highlighted and underlined), would be the biggest RED FLASHING LIGHT you could ever imagine, in my humble opinion!!!

If the clown can't be bothered communicating BEFORE he sells you the item, what chance do you reckon you're gunna have once he's got your dough!!!???

Caveat emptor.

Correct! Oh no, the seller wouldn't communicate with me, so I purchased anyway and it turned out bad... Really, some deserve what they get.

Perhaps there's a tad more to this story than we see from the perspective of the original post.

Indeed.

If you have a problem with an eBay seller, take it up with eBay.
