    Maybe SRA, or PTC NSW whatever it was called that day. Perhaps 'no show without Rocky' would be more appropriate as he goes back a long way!

    Towards the end of my shift today, I sighted (more like glimpsed) a PB coupled to an NR at the Down end of Wollongong Up Yard. It was presumably a light engine movement, but I was unable to see which PB, or which direction they were going.

    On the offchance they were headed down Bluescope way, I drove towards Port after work. I did manage to find PB1 in Cringila Yard, though I can't be certain whether it was the one I saw earlier.

    Is this the newest arrival of the fleet?

    The database maintainers can now update the PB class on the database. I have suggested a locomotive edit for PB3.  Not sure about the status of PB2

    I don't think any more have arrived since this afternoon...

    NREC's photos show PB2 running coupled in multiple with PB1.
    So it is in service if that's what you mean by "status".

    Yes this is what I meant.  If it is on use and therefore in service the database will also need an update to include PB2.

    Does anybody know what times PB's 4, 5 and 6 arived/first worked? They seem to be quietly appearing and I want to track their in service and arrival dates just as a record. Thanks in advance for any info

    PB7 noted in service at the Steelworks yesterday 6/11/2014. PB5 stabled. No sign of the others. The loco has two horn signals - a single deep, mellow tone, and a two-tone, somewhat similar to an XP power car, but at a deeper pitch. The two-tone appears to be a shunting signal, as the crew on PB7 sounded high-low-low-high on approach to the stabling siding.

    Matruck, note that the inboard marker lights above the cab, and beside the number boards at the number 2 end are blue in colour when the LEDs are illuminated.

    Not sure i could have that function working in the game i need it for Mikardo5910 without a script of sum kind, I'd imagine the light colour you mention would be sum-thing to do with the mode of operation for the loco IE. Remote Control or what ever the normal type of operation is called. I do not wish to take this thread off topic but i do appreciate all pic's and your info very much though so thank you.

    In my role as a guard, I was happy to be able to assist someone today, who entrained @ Cringila (possibly after photographing a combo of the gensets & the old EE locos in Cringila Yard) and detrained at Lysaghts, for further photographic observations.

    Was it one of you guys? PM me if you don't wish to post in the thread Smile
