Hi folks.
Has the Brisbane XPT resumed running the full trip yet please. I am booked on the train on June 19, and would like to be sure that the train is not canceled.  The information on the NSW Trains site is somewhat confusing.

I have heard that trains are running through the hunter again. I believe the section of track that was washed away has been repaired.

Or you could simply refer to the CountryLink (TrainLink) website on Service Alerts.

That doesn't really say much, Tony. Only that all services are on or close to time. It says nothing about substitutions and cancellations.

Freight is reported as moving between Acacia Ridge and Sydney etc on the one train without the temporary transhipping between rail and road at Kempsey and Taree.  Keep an eye on this thread as well https://www.railpage.com.au/f-p1975244.htm#1975244

Or the ARTC website has some information, funny that, looking at the website of the Rail Infrastructure Manager for

information on train services, who would have thought of doing that?

Sorry, Seb, have reset the moron detector to a higher level to cope with people who are too lazy/stupid to look for an answer.

The XPT from Brisbane to Sydney this morning was 30mins late arriving at Grafton. I think it is only going as far as Casino this week end because of trackwork up North. It is Bus travel

to Brisbane from Casino

I have reset mine to an even higher level to cope with people who spend more time complaining about someone asking a question than it would take them to answer it.

For the record the line was reopened just over a week ago, 6WB3 was the first train to run through from the south behind NR120 NR117 and NR59.
