Well everyone, I have stuck my neck out and gone into a cyberspace place I know nothing about - Facebook.

If you look up Toowoomba Model Trains, Craft & Hobby Expo or something like that, with a bit of a chance you may just stumble across it.

As the Exhibition is less than a week away now, I thought - how do I get the message out?

Well, I have done, Railpage, I don't know how many forums, 30,000 fliers have gone out to mailboxes, fliers are going out at Four McDonalds stores (Margaret Street City, Grand Central & Ruthven Street South "all Toowoomba" and Highfileds.

They are also available from the Toowoomba Tourist Information Centre.

Facebook seemed to be an area I had forgotten about, so jump on and tell me what you think, give thoughts and suggestions and stay tuned for up to date information.

Well the 2015 Toowoomba Model Trains, Craft & Hobby Expo is now over for another year.

I would like to hear from exhibitors and visitors regarding the good and the bad regarding the exhibition.

We overcame a few difficult hurdles to bring this years exhibition to fruition, so let us know how you think we went?

One very exciting and unexpected item of interest, at the Exhibitor Dinner on the Saturday night, we were presented a Wuiske Models 1550 class 12mm gauge loco, a sure sign that 12mm trackage is desired on the clubs soon to be constructed permanent HO layout.

Of course, all our thanks from the DDMRC Inc. to all of the dedicated exhibitors for putting on what I certainly felt was a class act.

Not being real conversant with applying photos here on Railpage, I will post a variety on the Facebook page.

I was waylaid by a 12" to the foot model on Saturday morning and visiting overseas rels in the afternoon. I had a short visit on Sunday afternoon. It was as enjoyable as ever. My admiration for those who can create layouts continues to grow. There seemed to be a greater proportion of N scale this year (or perhaps my eyes are older Sad ). My son enjoyed the train-driving at "Getting Round Tuit". I took a few photos but, sadly, they are poor quality due to not having returned the ISO setting to normal after some earlier shots of something else.
