GML10 is back in Melbourne this evening arriving on a freight.

Can we expect that it will be running trains in and out of Melbourne or is this a once off visit?

I myself thought they must have arrived on a train. I notice there are images missing in the timeline for today at Bunbury Street.  The RL was captured in HD as I have just found:

Thanks for your assistance.

GML10 and RL302 have been around the SOuth Dynon area for a while.  Last night they headed out light engine to Somerton.

Later RL305 and RL302 were caught through Gheringhap Loop with 6795V Qube Grain lead by RL305 & RL302, from Somerton to the western districts.

What happened to GML10?

The GML is back out the front of GEMCO a lot of work is needed on it so it will probably not be running for a while. If one of the RLs stops working and  QUBE cannot get another RL down from Sydney then the GML might be the only thing left they can use.

Did the loco actually go out to Somerton behind the RL?

The GML went back to GEMCO before the RL went light engine to somerton I would say they needed the GML to turn the RL around because it was facing the wrong way and it isn't allowed to run backwards

Is the engine back in the RL sitting at GEMCO yet?

The GML was in the shed today at GEMCO and last time I had a look the RLs where there as well I know that 302 had to go in for a miner repair. I'm pretty sure the RLs will stay at South dynon till tomorrow night. Another grainy is ment to be going out on Sunday

GML10 behind an RL being a Qube grain to Melbourne crossed the SCT down Dooen intermodal at Gheringhap just before dawn on a cold morning on the Geelong outskirts.

7996V Qube Grain lead by RL302 & GML10, from Nhill, with 9721V on the Loop.

GML10 came into Melbourne from the Northeast Oaklands Line and after unloading the train at Appleton Dock the empties were placed at Somerton.  GML10 came in from Somerton for some attention.

GML10 has left Melbourne.  According to Bunbury Street https://www.railpage.com.au/railcams/bunbury-street/photo/22931750373 (DMY1) left Melbourne last night light engine for Wyhalla. Interesting.

GML10 is currently at Whyalla, was told it will pick up a couple (maybe at least 20?) of stored Arrium hoppers for Qube's Kilmore East Apex contract.

Surprisingly GML10 & it's 22 hoppers picked up haven't even left Whyalla as of this post. Maybe depart later to ensure it arrives in Melbourne after sunrise?
