Maldon was closed for a while but is now part of the Victorian system. This teminus station has had no trains run through from the rest of the system since closure about 1980.
Warracknabeal is certainly not long closed, only out of use for a short period.
This line was closed and lifted but later rails were relaid to a much narrower gauge in the station yard.
Bairnsdale was a terminus until the later Orbost extension. Then it was a terminus again and lost its passenger services then all else but regained limited log traffic. Eventually a 3 times daily passenger service returned but no more freight as far as I am aware.
Thorpdale never hauled coal, although there is some not far away. This one is in a different part of the state, it was closed earlier than Thorpdale which lasted until about 1960.
