Search the forums, it's been discussed before.

I've got to admit that the preceeding posts didn't help much - or at all... so try https://www.railpage.com.au/f-t11370420.htm

Thanks for the link Allan.

To save people having to wade through another thread to find them, here is the list according to someone called Heardy_101

1 post - Beginner

10 posts - Station Staff

20 - Station Master

50 - Locomotive Fireman

75 - Locomotive Driver

100 - Junior Train Controller

200 - Train Controller

300 - Chief Train Controller

500 - Assistant Commissioner

700 - Deputy Commissioner

1000 - Chief Commissioner

5000 - Minister for Railways

10000 - The Ghost of George Stephenson

15000(?) - Dr Beeching

20000 - Sir Nigel Gresley

However some of the elder statesmen of the forum have unique and personalised rankings, to get one of those you really need to be here for years. Usually Admins and Moderators have these (or simply "Site Admin" or "Moderator") but only these people, or as I said the elite members on here (users who literally have been here forever), have unique rankings, such as the ones you mentioned.

I'm guessing you found that by searching, thus my post was helpful! ????

In essence it was little short of rude, like the posts preceeding it. Perhaps unhelpful says it best.

Railpage Australia does not encourage people posting for the sake of posting -  to get post counts up. Some have tried, and are no longer here as a result (a important point).
