It is against the rules to open threads  older than 1 year and post. So while the start of this thread is a little disjointed, it is now a new thread about the making of.......   thankyou to those offering information.

Hi Justin,

I created a Siemens Train for you for MSTS last night.  It runs great, looks great, and sounds fantastic, but I got an error exporting it so I could give you a copy.

In case you didn't realise this thread is 7 years old and for your own sake please refrain from posting your email on a public forum.

There was another Siemens train project for MSTS however unfortunately I do not believe that project saw the light of day...

I suspect that if you want a Siemens train, your going to have to make it yourself.

I would suggest going to youtube and searching for “blender tutorial beginner”

Watch some absolute beginner ones (there is heaps of them) and download Blender (it's free) and have a play.

Once you know how to create a boxes and cylinders and then how to modify these shapes, you are on your way to making anything you want.

There are exporters for MSTS/OR, Railworks and Trainz and most modellers will help those who they see are making an effort.

Try it, you might even like it!

Cheers,

Marek.

There's also Train Sim modeler which is now free. Much less of a learning curve. I use it for Railworks/TS (importing into 3d Canvas/Crafter). It's available on this page - http://www.rundiomusic.com/SimDownloads

You'll need to scroll down to find it.

Rolling Eyes Seriously???
I wouldn't be gimme-pigging if I were you, kiddo. What is that REALLY going to achieve for you?
Demanding a unreleased models will NOT get you what you want anytime soon.

FYI for future reference, I'd suggest NOT posting your e-mail address on a public forum, thats just feeding bate to any online stalker/trolls.

Lastly, Digging up an old topic that hasn't been updated for 7 years is a huge No-No!
Mods: Probably best to lock this topic up.

Both ARG706 and Marek has provided you with all the best advice and information they can give you, don't turn around and spit it right back into their faces by saying that you suck! We've all been through that

3d modelling is a long learning curve for everyone, no matter how much experience we've had in 3d modelling we are still learning
I was told that by Marek, ARG706 and many other's who helped guide me to making my first model of course it didn't look right but I had some time to make fixes and learn more and more including animations and heaps of other cool tricks

I would suggest that Train Sim Modeler, would be the best program for anyone who wished to learn 3d modelling
And if you need help there are heaps of tutorials, guides and many other useful information on the internet and of course we're always here to help you achive your goals into 3d modelling

Now, stop posting your email address and really you have to stop asking GIVE ME. Clearly you've read the forum rules, and surely somewhere it does state about gimmie pigging and posting your email address or any other user's email address

As for the user's PM "private message" that was to you regarding the information of the Siemens train, surely there's NO need to post that information in a public thread

I did find the PM to you a bit amusing hahaha "Runs Great, Looks Great and Sounds Fantastic!" and then the user says "I got an error exporting"

There's a trick to fixing it and I will say how

Save all parts as DSP without any animations, you can export all animations into a text document and once you've saved all parts as DSP you can then delete the old DST file as this would have gotten corrupted or out dated

Next step, load all parts one by one and save a new DST file without any animations
Import parts and load your animations, and then export the model it's an easy process

when prompt to save the DST file with the animations after export say NO, never save animations to your models as they do get corrupted or out dated that's one thing I have taken noticed of in Train Sim Modeler

And yes, it does help to always create a parts only of any projects as if something gose wrong you can fix it
