Certainly this area has a tree and power line in about the right spot, plus the road cutting and bright green trees are similar

Yup I agree with Stuart.
Just as they come on to the Deviation heading south. You can see the Highway cutting betwee the trees to the left of the loco.

No, Lutana. The Risdon Line Bridge across the Brooker Highway looking west. No where near Derwent Park (though looking in that direction). Lutana station was not far behind the photographer.

Lutana station was not far behind the photographer.Correct 12CSVT - I missed the station completely. There is now a section of track remove on the other side of Brooker Highway sadly. At the factory end, the line has been buried by a meter of soil from the roundabout bridge however the rest looks remarkably solid.
You can see the route at Mapillary although it takes a couple of pics to get through the tall grass at the beginning. See
