Can you help PewDiePie with a Subscription

Before you treat this as spam or junk I have posted this in desperation.
For those who don't know Swedish You-tuber (a person who makes online videos for a living for the oldies) PewDiePie (Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg) has been in a months long battle for the most subscribed channel on youtube with an Indian movie studio/Record label T-Series. People have purchased billboards, memed and posted pamphlets. Now remember PewDiePie is one man with a bunch of editors up against a massive company.  Now I come in desperation to our beloved Railpage and beg for you all to do one thing that only takes 10 seconds of your time. Subscribe your youtube account to his channel so we can live in a better world and defeat T-series. You do not have to watch his videos or anything just subscribe. One tiny act from you all could change history.

The link is to his channel is below

Disagree respectfully, It's competition of who will be the king of youtube Between a corporation and a single content creator.
I understand why though you may consider it spam, though the moderators have approved it after a discussion

With respect David, where can the general users of this site see evidence of this (other than that it hasn't been removed)? Personally I'll chose to decline...

Oh wow, I honestly never thought I would see it happen, a glorified popularity contest more disinteresting than the Australian electoral process.

I have no idea who either of these two ‘creators’ are, nor do I have a desire to find out.

Sorry, this thread is most surely spam.

I have subscribed to T Series.

I have no interest in being remotely linked to an anti-semite like PewDiePie.

That is a myth my friend. One was an edgy joke another was prompting some Neo-Nazi's anime reviews.

I can answer this.

I reported the thread for being spam, it was accordingly deleted quite promptly and correctly.

Someone then decided it should be reinstated, which is a deliberate action.

A myth? PDP himself is quoted as saying "Though this was not my intention, I understand that these jokes were ultimately offensive". Someone with so much so-called influence should really know better than that.

I find it really interesting that you want mods to lock threads that you don't like but you are quite happy to promote the work of someone that says and does things that I find offensive in the extreme.

Largest subscribed youtuber, whilst the other is an Indian music record label.

I dont think they care that much about Pewdipies ranting and raving, in fact the people commenting on the videos saying subscribe to Pewdiepie are actually making me not even want to go anywhere near that channel more than usual.

Look Everyone stuffs up ok, I know I sound like a smeghead but it's only one person and an editor making content when compared to a massive media machine such as news corp or the ABC where it passes through various channels before being approved. (I believe you are referring to the fiver incident, The other time was when he promoted a neo-nazi's anime reviews). Most media sites cover this for the views and paint a picture of him as a raving anti-semite. While I agree that some with influence should know better his humour is based around the same style of controversial right wing nutjob sites sites such as 4chan and 9gag . It is not the most offensive thing to grace the platform of youtube. I would argue that opinions of him are part of an intergeneration divide about the Internet.

Edit If he's a raving racist then why would he do this?

speedemon08 I have never knowingly seen a PewDiePie (I am ashamed my autocorrect knows the spelling in this case because I didn’t) video, knowing now more about this than I ever intended to now means I will forever knowingly avoid all the ‘content’ this person makes.

Frankly, if he has the most subscribers on YouTube, then he can afford an editor or two, and if he ‘accidentally’ made antisemitic content - well that just further proves the content obviously isn’t intellectual or thought through enough to deserve my viewing time.
