Mike. I never fail to be amazed and awed about the calm way you deal with really horrible slurs.

Mannie
No he doesn't, he's utterly hysterical all the time and personalises everything and anything.

Only to you because you feed on it...imposter from SA.

No it's not name calling either, I'm telling it like it is. If you were any further to the right you'd be a nazi, unlike your namesake who was a gentleman, gay as it turns out...shock horror, to some on this board, a conciliator and a supporter of the downtrodden of society.

Mike.
The Vinelander
Just because you're being attacked by a religious zealot doesn't mean I'm going to go any easier on you.

You constantly personalise and distort everything that I say, you attack me without really understanding my arguments and you cry like a baby when I run rings around your silly statements. And you never - EVER - actually address the things that I'm speaking about because you're either not smart enough or you know you just can't win, so instead you just complain like the compulsive whinger that you are.

And don't give me a lecture about my namesake, you don't speak on his behalf - and neither do I for that matter. It's just an an avatar - so get over it you ridiculously sensitive flower.

Graham, you're one of my favourite little minions sitting out there in regional Queensland. The fact that you can't help but read and react to my posts shows just how much you love me and how I give your life meaning.

You're welcome.
You might be surprised about how little of your posts I need to read to reach the above conclusion...
I know you have a little shrine in your house dedicated to me that you make offerings to - please chant for cash for me tonight. I'm in the sixty million Powerball tomorrow and your devoted worship might just get me over the line...
Proof please!
Well that tee-shirt you're wearing with my face on it for a start.

Without going through all my T-shirts, the only ones I can recall with "faces" on them feature a Crocodile and a Tasmanian Devil. As I have never knowingly set eyes on your face, which one is you? Then I can make sure to destroy it.

Joe Biden confirms that he intends to run again for President in 2024 - CNN;

The White House on Monday said that President Joe Biden intends to run for reelection in 2024, following a recent report indicating that the commander in chief and his staff are attempting to assuage concerns about his future political prospects.

When White House press secretary Jen Psaki was asked aboard Air Force One whether she could confirm if he was going to run again in 2024 and whether he was telling staff that, she responded, "Yes, that's his intention."

The Washington Post reported over the weekend that Biden and members of his inner circle have been telling allies that he plans to run again -- an attempt to address concerns about whether he could commit to another presidential campaign given his age and ease worries Republicans returning to power.

A recent Quinnipiac University national poll showed that Biden's job approval rating sits at 36% -- the lowest number for the President in the so far in his presidency and the latest low in a months-long decline.

President Biden will be 83 at the point he's sworn in again if he wins in 2024.

WOW........WOW ! What a Primative Creature and outlook on life you have Billyboy !

Not that I would want too nor care but I wonder how I would fit into your Very Limited
range of vision ? That is having a disability with mode of transport, a wheelchair not the conventional way of getting one's self around by walking.

S'pose I really should be housed in some sort of Asylum for Cripples instead of mixing with the general public.

One thing's for sure can't say you're not showing your true colors Rolling Eyes

Funny thing is, I didn't mind reading your commentary on this site but doubt if I'll read any of in future although anything I did read would be taken with a grain of salt.

Some of the comments posted on here, if said to wrong person in the wrong work place, reckon you'd fined yourself in court quick and lively. I don't understand how this site seems to have an exemption ? Comments by Rodo ring any bells ?

Sharpen the game up Moderators.

Yeah but see you're another one from the school of 'I'm alright Jack'. The people who have suffered from the implementation of this green energy madness are completely invisible to you - as they are to Mike. All you care about is this silly, un-provable ideology that's basically a religion - but they're just collateral damage to you zealots.

Not once have I ever heard any one of you people express a shred of sympathy for the working poor in this nation who have to pay a higher cost of living because this green scam.

Lead with your chin Don, that’s the way. Higher cost of living due to this green religion?
Put fuel in your vehicle lately?
What about a recent pay rise?
Leave lights on when not using, washing MC full before starting, dishwasher also, AC used only with extreme temps? The capitalists system requires a price signal.
The LNP muttered something recently about a price on carbon.
Abbot and co, abolished that in 2013. We’ve lost almost a decade.
And in the future, punitive tariffs will be imposed on Australian exports.
The working poor as you describe, should have been in a vastly more positive position now.

Most of the world isn't participating in the COP madness anyway - our largest export partner isn't bothering.

Biden's stimulus package has included $555 billion to be spent on 'climate action' but this money will be creamed off by wealthy corporations and people who can afford the middle-class boondoggle of a home battery etc. - the poor won't really benefit (as usual).

Same thing has happened in Australia with Twiggy Forrest (amongst others) getting hundreds of millions in capital grants from the Morrison government to construct experimental hydrogen processing plants. It's not going to benefit the working poor - it's going straight into the pockets of millionaires and billionaires who don't need it.

President Biden tells Americans that they could save money if they spent $100,000 on an electric Hummer - Watt's Up with That -

President Joe Biden promoted his efforts to lower gas prices on Tuesday, but he reminded Americans they would save more money on gas if they owned electric cars.

“For the hundreds of thousands of folks who bought one of those electric cars, they’re going to save $800 to $1000 in fuel costs this year,” Biden said, referring to the $112,595 electric Hummer pickup he test drove at a General Motors factory in Detroit earlier this month.

The president appeared frustrated that some Americans continue blaming his environmental agenda for higher gas prices, dismissing it as a “myth.”

“My effort to combat climate change is not raising the price of gas, what it’s doing is increasing the availability of jobs,” Biden insisted.

“Let’s do that. Let’s beat climate change. With more extensive innovation and opportunities,” Biden said, claiming the economy would be “less vulnerable to these kinds of price hikes” on fossil fuels.

Good old Sleepy Joe, showing that he clearly understands where average Americans are at.

I hereby formally apologise for my use of a word, which I thought was somewhat formal, but which my younger son has since informed me is considered a grave insult by many. I have imposed an early morning rise as penance and followed other practice that I'm sure some of you may find archaic. This includes self-imposed resstrictions on my writing here for a certain period. I hope my atonement is accepted.

Yeah, see it wasn't the use of the word itself that is the main issue here, it was the implication that the opinions of a gay person is off less value.

Being gay isn't a choice, but being an ignorant religious zealot is.

It's been revealed that Hunter Biden's company brokered a deal to help a Chinese state company acquire a controlling interest in a cobalt mine in Africa - New York Post;

Hunter Biden’s investment firm helped broker a 2016 deal that gave a Chinese state-backed company control of a massive African mine rich in cobalt — a mineral essential for the production of electric car batteries.

The deal, first reported by the Washington Free Beacon during the 2020 presidential campaign, was spotlighted by the New York Times Saturday as Congress inches closer to approving President Biden’s $2 trillion social spending plan, which earmarks billions of dollars to promote electric vehicles.

In 2016, an investment firm founded by Hunter Biden with several Chinese partners was cut into a complex $3.8 billion transaction that transferred 80 percent of Congo’s Tenke Fungurum mine from an American company to Beijing-backed China Molybdenum.

President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden’s father, was the sitting vice president when the deal was struck. The mine is one of the world’s largest sources of cobalt — and China’s control of the mineral “presents a critical vulnerability to the future of the U.S. domestic auto industry,” Biden’s White House reported in June.

A White House spokesman said that Joe Biden had no knowledge of his son’s involvement with the sale, the Times reported.

So kind of Hunter to help the Chinese government in their quest to dominate the manufacture of electric cars globally. And of course his dad didn't know - it's not in his interests to know about these things.
