I find extremely annoying how the government says that they can afford returning passenger rail to Mildura yet they have the money to fund other rail projects so their excuse has been blown right out  ...

I see your point but Kyneton is on one of Victoria's main passenger rail lines.

... or... you could just take the bus.

It takes 7 hours from Ouyen to Spencer St station, much faster than a restored train could do the journey.

It would be cheaper to provide taxis for disabled passengers than put a train on.
