As a side note ...

Called BS on this the moment I saw the Sadvertiser hadn't put something online Razz anyway, still had me guessing...

Must be a boring day AFULE....

Seems as an ex-member of this forum may well just get his wish! Or will common sense prevail?

7:13 ended up being a 46 minute trip into the city with a delay at Mitcham waiting for a Belair bound train obviously due to slow TSRs; we passed two Belair bound trains on our way to Adelaide, both w ...

Ian, I think a change of wording or toning it down; as words to the effect of "child splattered bug like" and "A childs' skull impacted at 100 kph explodes like a watermelon" come across crass and qui ...

From experience, that route (via Echunga) is quite a tricky one, and especially tricky for a truck with a load like that on it. Plus, from memory there is a load limit on that route + any drivers caug ...

The point was raised earlier, but as the substitute bus services are running until Sunday, I wouldn't be surprised if the opening was held off until Monday. Anyway, lots of tested over the last couple ...

I don't believe it's an Adelaide metro decision, it's the decision of the State Government in conjunction with the executive body, which is, DPTI. Just wait for more urban sprawl and the farming land  ...

The "thriving" railway station of Whyalla...That was knocked down quite some time I ago if I remember rightly? Obviously no reason to keep it standing.

I think the earlier point raised about weekend services is certainly an issue that needs to be addressed in the new timetabling.

G'day Mark,

I think what really needs to be looked at is the demand for a 15 minute peak service. Prior to the closure of the line, I was caught between the 4:12 or the 4:42, a pain at times to wai ...
