The cars which have been ‘repainted’ look different from the new builds especially the purple around the front windscreen. Also brand new stainless steel vs cleaned stainless steel.

Vlocitys and Sprinters aren't fitted with anything to 'scrub' the wheel tread so when the wheel tread becomes dirty or contimated there really is nothing to 'clean' it.
