I'm considering using tillig points and track for my layout (12mm gauge), and was wondering if anyone has used the points kit? And if so, can you build curved points with them??

All very good information, pencil leads can also be used  as spring loaded pickup wipers on the back of loco wheels if room permits to mount them. Support tube diameter is the governing factor.
