Where do you get access to the equivalent of the old working timetables that modern commercial operators must have and use?  They need: timetables for conditional and unconditional trains, special notices for light engines and suchlike, the loco horsepower or loco combinations required for various tonnages over different sections of lines (particularly over heavy grades)

Timetables are found at MTP or "Master Train Plan"

Other areas of interest are Train Alteration Advice and TOC Waivers.
