BMT samples from facebook. Think I'll tone down those bogies with a bit of weathering.

Lets stop all the feuding and fussing, and just admire the models. Note: this is a pre production sample.

SDS cement hoppers will be 3 for $187.
BTW SDS are aware of the coding/decoration mistake in the sample. Have you spotted it yet?

And I thought the AN yellow bogies on 930/GMs were 'different' and not the easiest bogies to look at... Laughing

Then I saw this!

Are they actually that sort of ectoplasm/glow in the dark green colour?

Of course the bogies will be black, as per prototype for the production run.

Yeh looking at that photo it doesn't look like a Powerline one. So it may be one of their own. Let's hope so anyway

I see Southern are telling porkies on their face book page as to when SDS started tooling these wagons.  Well the production models are here and you can buy them now.

Given that me and Facebook don't get along very well (cos I'm too stupid to understand exactly what is going on), can somebody confirm what I think they are trying to say: that they are going to produce the "loaf-of-bread" EHO guards van? There's nothing on their website, but there is a "post" (?) on faceache about the eliptical roof EHO.....

You should feel priviledged to get special mention Terry. Given SDS have product for sale and SR still looking at drawings, its a pretty dumb and outrageous comment to make. Of interest, given Southern Rail's recent underdone offerings like incorrectly wired Explorers, the premium priced ready to place "kit" fuel depots just to name a couple, i think i know where the safe bet lies. And its not with the guy publicly smeg canning his competiter.....
