Robertson Freight Trains

    Good evening!
    I was wondering if anyone can help - my family are staying in Robertson at the moment and we always seem to just miss the freight trains going through! Is there a timetable for these anyone knows about so we can be ready to view them?

    Try catching the passenger trains instead. They're much easier to predict Very Happy

    Thanks, I would but there aren't any along this track except a steam train once a week...

    Is that still running? Amazing. And steam hauled?

    Seriously, you might have more luck watching the Railpage Radar (look under "Information" at the top of this page) to see what's moving on the Unanderra - Moss Vale line.

    We'll be able to track those easily with that information - it seems this holiday is all about the trains!!!

    Yes, the steam trains that make this run are the Cockatoo Run - see website:

    It's meant to be pretty spectacular going up the pass, and heaps of people take photos of the trains in Robertson.
