It's good news for the ALP, as it shows the 2022 election will be winnable if they get a more popular leader than Albanese - though I expect there will be a major correction to the preferred PM poll results once politics as usual resumes and Morrison has to start doing the job instead of just taking credit for the work of the state premiers.

It is getting grubby between KK* and Susan Leys on the Eden Monaro by-election commentary. KK is accused of preference deals with SFF. Well the completion of the Wivenhoe was supposedly going to stop the flooding forever and ever - amen. But it wasn't managed right - they were still on a drought footing. Ultimately the Premier is where the buck stops.I'm not getting into that.
