Let's go back for the last few years and count the number of times you have refused to supply evidence in accordance with your standard method of, "I say this is a fact, but I have made no attempt to provide evidence to demonstrate it. Monash University has a 'Gender Health Clinic' in Clayton that has been operating there since the 1990's - link.

They've been sued many, many times. IN 2008 they were subjected to a class action from 8 people who said that their psychiatrists, doctors and psychologists had made the wrong determinations in assisting them to 'transition' to another gender. This was well before the current fashion of deciding that you're not in the 'right' body.

That litigation happens all the time and it's still going on now.

They've been sued since then and they'll probably continue to be sued into the future. That's because people who present with gender identity issues get assessed as needing to have a gender identity change in order to make them 'whole' again - but then they do that and find that it isn't the answer - so they blame their bad decision on the clinicians.

I know it's not fashionable to talk about 'gender identity dysphoria' now but the fact is that if you're confused about your gender identity then there's often (but not always) a lot more going on in your head that can be solved by 'transitioning' - but in their desire to help you these clinicians don't explore any further than 'your problems will be fixed if you start living as a woman/man and then have surgery etc etc'.

People who 'transition' often find that 'transitioning' didn't fix their fundamental problem - therefore wanting to be another gender is just a manifestation of another problem that isn't obvious to the assessing clinicians and doctors. I can't help you any more than that; do your own research and tell us what you come back with.

You're wasting your time. I have already told you that this one topic will never address your consistent lack of evidence over past years. If the allegations are true, the individual(s) concerned who carried this out should be jailed (polite version), likewise anyone who covered it up or knew and did nothing should also be jailed.

Having said that, 4 women making accusations against the same guy and at no stage not one reported it to the police, not one of them mentioned to other female friends who failed to encourage them to report the incident? I could understand this if maybe 20-30 years ago, but today?  

I'm purely guessing but will this case be difficult to bring to trial without direct evidence? Are 4 women saying the same thing enough ?
