    Correct - Indeed it has-

    Newcastle & Central Coast Line  - Delays

    Passengers travelling past Cowan on trains heading towards Newcastle are advised to allow additional travel time due to a CountryLink XPT with mechanical problems at Cowan. The XPT is blocking the citybound track at Cowan so trains travelling in both directions are taking turns using the track heading towards Newcastle. Passengers are also advised to listen to announcements and check indicator boards. -   (The 48 is waiting at Rhodes for a Path, To go and get it )  

    *Edit* It looks as though they have Rectified the Problem
