Looking at the photo there, I'd suggest that the show shuttle will run to a temporary platform to that fixed signal as indicated on the photo above. I'd suggest that the fixed signal is a temporary signal until the line further south is ready to be connected in, which then it will become a full fledged signal with wand to allow movement from the Seaford Down to the Belair. IIRC, it doesn't take long to erect showground central. This would fit in with what turbo Tom is saying. The fact that the signals are lit, I'd suggest those points are all operational, and currently either locked or just haven't move since testing, thus commissioned prior to the Belair line opening.
I'm wondering if the N3 will be allowed to stop at Stop 3 Anzac Highway for the show.
