    "3830 Update.

    We have received further information. Essentially it appears the locomotive will not steam again without at least a new inner firebox and worse, an entirely new boiler.

    A report on 3830 is due in the next issue of The Railway News, due mid November.

    Unfortunately this appears to dash any hopes of the loco returning to service anytime soon. Lets get behind the PHM and ORH to support their efforts to put it back where it belongs. On the rails in steam hauling trains."
