    Directions still don't make sense to me.
    OK so the two hour away from home has gone and the 5 km radius has extended to 25 km.  BUT the four reasons to leave home remain until around the end of the month viz:

    • Medical
    • Permitted work
    • Essential shopping
    • Education and care
    Yet hairdressers are permitted to reopen. Under which of the above four 'excuses' does one get a haircut?
