As the title says, perhaps it would be worth creating a section for OpenTTD-related files as well as routes, rollingstock and activities packaged specifically for OpenRails?

In the past few months, I've collated a range of reports from all over the place relating to different rail projects and topics etc. Its been noted that some reports which are public are now no longer so due to link rot (i.e. the links provided now no longer hold the report).
In the interests of keeping reports public, could Railpage have an area dedicated to storing reports? This would hold them in one place and in logical categories to help people (and Google's page indexing programs) find them, and let the reports be available for everyone for as long as Railpage is online. It would also help researchers as similar reports about the same topic would be held together, instead of someone needing to search high and low through the net.
I think at a minimum, the page would be a simple web page with headings, subheadings and links to the reports stored somewhere in the RP database system. It could also have tagging functionality to allow easy searching to take place within the database. There could be a submission process similar to the news process that could be used to help make sure the documents are tagged, classified and filed property etc. I'm open to comments as to what other functions would be needed.
Id be happy to help with the categorisation and management of the reports as I would create a bit of the traffic to start with.
