    46 Class Twilight

    Taken in Octber 1994 at Lithgow, New South Wales, a number of 46 class 1500v DC electric locos clog up the loco yard and turntable area. Despite a reasonable number of the 40 locos built still being available for traffic, in reality at this time there was very little work left for them to do. All were built in the UK by Metropolitan Vickers-Beyer Peacock between 1956-58.
