    Nowhere near as photogenic as the 'bulldogs', but some nice light makes this V/Line N class look half decent.

    Melbourne's Spencer street station in July 1998, broad-gauge N472 'City of Sale' sits with an unidentified passenger service.

    25 N class locos were delivered to V/Line in 1986/87, built locally by Clyde Engineering (Model JT22HC-2) at Somerton in Victoria. All remain in service as at November 2014.
