    Busy scene at Mile End just after 10.00 on 28 March 2006.  

    NR17 departs from Keswick terminal with the Sydney-bound Indian Pacific, while Pacific National's NR70 / GL130 / NR76 wait on the standard gauge main line with Patrick's intermodal train 2MA3 from Appleton Dock, Melbourne to Port Adelaide.

    On the broad gauge tracks to the left, a pair of TransAdelaide 3000-class diesel railcars call at Mile End station with the 10.01 all stations to Tonsley.
