NSW rail services provider CountryLink's adoption of online reservations will flow into a new ticketing system, a significant new outsourcing deal and an upgrade of its desktop systems.
Project manager Miro Percic told a tender briefing for potential IT service providers last week that there was the perception within CountryLink that it is behind in the use of technology.
