CityRail is forcing more than 60 train services to bypass scheduled stops every day, leaving passengers stranded on platforms and trapping others helplessly on the train.
Documents obtained by The Daily Telegraph show 17 services were forced to ditch their usual schedule on one line on one day alone. Passengers were often not told of the change until they were already on the train, drivers have told The Daily Telegraph, while some services have their schedules changed twice mid-transit, causing even more confusion.
