New South Wales's Labor Council says rail workers will support a commuter organised "don't pay day" on Cityrail trains planned for later this month for safety reasons.
Secretary John Robertson says RailCorp has threatened to take action against rail workers who cooperate with non-paying commuters. He says rail workers will have to support commuters in order to keep the rail system operating safely.
