More than 100 people were injured, five seriously, when seven carriages of a high speed passenger train derailed in Queensland early today.
Police said the Tilt Train came off the tracks and overturned at 12.06am (AEST) about 400km north of Brisbane, near the coastal city of Bundaberg.
All 157 passengers and seven crew had been freed from the train, police said.
