Wabtec Corp has completed the acquisitions of Unitrac Railroad Materials and Pride Bodies, which have combined annual sales of about US$45m.
Tennessee-based Unitrac designs and manufactures track products including turnouts and crossings for Class I, shortline and urban rail operators throughout North America.
Pride Bodies is based in Ontario, and produces custom-made aluminium bodies for maintenance vehicles, road-rail equipment, cranes, air compressor systems and lighting.
