Siemer is responsible for managing and growing the Heartland railcar fleet and all sales and commercial activity. He received a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University and resides in Cincinnati with his wife and four children.
Heartland Rail (reporting mark HRTX) owns, leases and manages railcars primarily serving grain, fertilizer and aggregate customers. The company was founded about 20 years ago as Heartland Barge Management, LLC, and has provided barge freight transportation services to a variety of customers.
