In one of the more bizarre transit safety campaign launches, US comedian Kevin Hart will today join forces with the NSW Government to try to reduce passenger falls and improve customer behaviour on buses.
The initiative, incorporating characters from the upcoming film Hart is in Sydney to promote, prompts passengers with messages such as "hold on", "sit tight", "give up your seat to those in need" and "respect your driver".
Hart will launch the initiative with students from La Perouse Public School at The Rocks this afternoon.
The campaign will run until the end of next month and includes a specially wrapped bus that will operate in the Northern Beaches, Lower North Shore and CBD.
