The Bryansk central repair workshop of the Russian Strategic Missile Troops has begun the disposal of another railroad-mounted missile launcher, a Defense Ministry source told Interfax.
"The service life of the railroad-mounted missile launchers is over, so the missiles have been removed and the launchers will be disposed of," the source said.
The launchers are being disposed of in conformity with START and under the control of U.S. inspectors, the source said.
