If you've ever left an iPhone, laptop or bag of shopping behind on one of Sydney's trains then you might be surprised to discover that someone actually collects all that lost property - and if you don't claim it, eventually they auction it off!
This year's Sydney Trains Lost Property Auction is currently underway.
Run by Pickles Auctions, the bidding will take place totally online which means everyone is in with a chance.
Pickles explains on their website, "Thousands of dollars worth of goods will be up for grabs at the Sydney Trains lost property auction, including several that will make you wonder how they got lost in the first place!"
Items available to purchase include mobile phones, laptops, tablets and sporting equipment.
You can find out more about the auction here.
