The Bahrain light rail transit network, also known as Bahrain Metro, is a proposed public transport project in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The entire metro rail network will be developed under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme by the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications (Kingdom of Bahrain).

Corridor I (Red Line): Bahrain Internationational Airport – Seef Mall
Corridor II (Blue Line): Juffair – Isa Town
The Blue line will connect Juffair to Educational area in Isa Town through Al Fateh Highway, Diplomatic area, Bab Al Bahrain, Al farooq Junction. Salmaniya, Zinj, Tubli, Salmabad, and finally to the Educational Area in Isa Town through 11 stations.

The LRT system has been design to carry 43000 passengers per hour.
