CHINA: Canadian fuel cell technology company Ballard Power Systems and Tangshan Railway Vehicle have signed a framework agreement for the development of a fuel cell module for tram or other ground transport applications.
Announcing the agreement on June 10, Ballard said it would assist with the design and integration of a fuel cell power module for use on a prototype Tangshan tram which is expected to be unveiled next year.
