Trapeze Group will be hosting a live webinar on November 30 called Future-proofing public transport through innovative leadership and technology.  It will outline how some of Australia’s top public transport leaders have applied new technology and proven leadership strategies to future-proof their organisations.

The webinar will feature the following transport leaders:

• Neil Scales OBE – director-general, Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads. Scales will discuss leadership best practices for challenging situations – and making your team excel during a crisis
• Howard Collins OBE – COO – Greater Sydney, Transport for NSW. Collins will outline why technology is important to deliver future-proofed, integrated transport networks
• Magda Robertson – general manager, Torrens Connect. Robertson will share her story of how technology has adapted and supported new tram operations during the pandemic in Adelaide
• Paul Comfort – vice president, Trapeze Group. Comfort will outline the global transport perspective, practical technology applications, and his predictions for 2021

The panellists will discuss practical and proven approaches on how to lead people through challenging situations to come out on top, deliver innovative technology today to effectively deal with future challenges, and assess what technologies will support a future-proofing strategy.

Ben Dvoracek, General Manager of Rail at Trapeze, will moderate the webinar. Each panel member will present on their topics first, followed by a Q&A session. Questions can be submitted throughout the webinar for these leaders to discuss live.
