The company said the move comes as part of a reorganization of its senior leadership team, and Pandrol sees a role change for a number of its Executive Committee members. Mainly, current committee member Guy Talbourdet will now be fully devoted to his role as Delachaux Group CEO; Brian Forster will retire at the end of June; and Fabrice Seewald will be appointed Deputy CEO of Pandrol and will remain a Delachaux Group Executive Committee member.
Gartner joins Pandrol from Megalim Solar Power and brings more than 20 years of international rail engineering leadership experience in turnkey rail engineering, project management, services and sales.
