The train was travelling between Wimbledon and Worcester Park railway stations in South West London when the incident occurred.
Around 1.30 pm on Sunday 31st January, the victim was threatened by a man with a knife who said he would stab him if he didn’t hand over his phone.
He handed over his earphones and then the man walked off. He then returned with the same threats and demanded the phone.
