Commuters are currently stranded at various train stations across the T1 Northern & Western line as a person has been killed by a train.
Hundreds of people are either stuck at platforms or squeezing into train carriages at peak hour due to large crowds accumulating after trains were cancelled due to a fatality at Wentworthville this morning.
"Someone has been killed by a train” commuters at Seven Hills were told by transport staff.
"#WesternLine: MAJOR DELAYS due to a fatality at Wentworthville. Please allow plenty of extra travel time. Check indicator boards and listen to announcements as stopping patterns may change."
