The North Yorkshire Moors Railway are on the lookout for a little helper, who will receive a free family ticket to ride their much-loved Santa Specials!
The NYMR are asking people to nominate their favourite little helper, aged 10 or under, who has a merry mindset and is always helpful to others.
During the experience, children will embark on a magical adventure across the breath-taking North Yorkshire countryside, they will receive a juice, piece of fruit and activity bag before getting to meet the jolly man himself on board the Santa Express train.
Each child will be able to tell Father Christmas what they would like to open on Christmas morning and will receive an age-appropriate gift from him as they enjoy the journey.
The winner of this competition will board the 12:30 pm Santa Express from Grosmont Station on Saturday 30th November. You can view the Terms and Conditions here.
What did the officials say?
Chris Price, general manager at NYMR, said:
“We know there’s so many fantastic people in Yorkshire and we want to hear about all the mini heroes who go above and beyond for others. The stand-out individual from all entries will receive a free ticket for them and their family to ride our very popular Santa Express.”
