RAILCORP has vowed to fine tens of thousands of commuters who plan to protest by not buying a ticket on Monday.
The Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union said yesterday about 15,000 of its members fed up with having their pay docked because of late trains would join legal secretary Rebecca Turner's refuse-to-pay Monday.
Other unions are expected to support the cause by asking members to not pay for tickets.
